Tender Co. 477 Didcot Shirt | Indigo
A very special shirt and a Nubes favourite. The 477 is an Achilles Heel garment that’s been hand-dyed using indigo in Kojima, Japan. The intricate technique, like the Tender Type 410 shirt, is dip-dyed by gripping one part of the fabric so tight that it remains free of dye and showcases the original fabric. Another unique feature of the shirt jacket is the ‘collarless’ collar design that was discovered in the archive of the Great Western Society at Didcot. It features distressing in some places, while the slightly heavier fabric makes it an excellent option to layer over a collared shirt or tee like a jacket. Like all great shirts, hand pockets are sewn into the sides.
